What We Do

Windmill Health Solutions is a consulting and business-development organization focused on supporting womxn-run healthcare organizations as they enter and grow in the marketplace. 

Mission

Windmill Health Solutions was founded out of a desire to put the power back into the hands of womxn by:

  • Empowering female leaders who want to improve the healthcare system

Laina Latterner, Founder

Laina is an accomplished global sales and marketing strategy leader and speaker with over 15 years of experience in the healthcare industry within manufacturing, distribution, channel management, group purchasing organizations, and integrated healthcare and delivery networks. 


She is an engaging speaker who has moderated global webinars on advancements and trends in the feminine technology (FemTech) industry, as well as presented on topics including value-based care, practice management, laboratory diagnostic trends, cervical cancer screening innovations, and prenatal screening.


Laina uses her knowledge of the healthcare industry to empower female founders as they enter and grow in the marketplace.  


She is driven to improve womxn’s healthcare and outcomes by supporting organizations and leaders who are truly patient-focused.
